The Akadimi Foundation seeks to work within these five important principles:
- Client Success: We support health sector leaders in the practical application of knowledge gained from experiences in the field to achieve their organizational mission and vision.

- Collaborative Design: We believe innovation of thought and action leads to enduring and positive change in health sectors of both high and low-income nations and health systems. Innovation is more likely at the intersection of diverse teams that draw upon insights and experiences of people with many disciplines, backgrounds, and cultures.
