Strategy Mapping
Client success drives our development of strategy that gets implemented. Akadimi Foundation engagements enhance client success by supporting leadership teams to establish and visually post roadmaps to execute their strategic goals, imperatives, and resource mobilization plans. New digital tools and systems are now used to encourage a team’s identification of performance goals, obstacles to goal achievement, and action plans to mobilize human, technological, and financial resources needed for strategy execution.

Collective Impact
Beyond their own success and peak performance, Akadimi clients seek to make a measurable difference in the health and well-being of their communities and nations. We support them to develop and implement new forms of collaborative governance that leverage over 25 years of practical lessons on population health from the Foster McGaw Award program. The Founders of the Akadimi Foundation have served for over a decade in this unique program to analyze and share lessons to manage what the World Health Organization and US Government refer to as the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). Our Founders contributed to this Guide to leverage new interventions and processes for health gain. These locally designed and driven initiatives find practical progress is enhanced when they embrace practices from the Collective Impact Forum.
